If we talk about the weight loss in, then there are some variations regarding your physical activity in this chapter. because according to the American College of sports medicine, you need to do the exercise from 150 to 250 minutes per week that will be on moderate-intensity physical activity yields only modest weight-loss results and to lose a significant amount of weight.
